Whilst some of our efforts are behind the scenes, it is great to receive recognition from time to time, which is why we are so excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for ‘Harrogate Advertiser Business Excellence Awards 2022’ for BEST INDEPENDENT BUSINESS and APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR. We are delighted that we have been selected as finalists for these awards and that we get to stand tall aside some of the best businesses from the region.
BEST INDEPENDENT BUSINESS AWARD
The aim of the BEST INDEPENDENT BUSINESS award is to identify those independent local small-to-medium enterprises in Harrogate that excel beyond the average, with exceptional standards and services. To be shortlisted is a great achievement for us. Over the last year or so, we have expanded our team, introduced the Internal Coach Network and ‘Embedding a Coaching Culture’ Health Check and delivered more coaching and leadership development than ever before. Built on top of our teams’ excess of experience, we have been developing our brand, our skills, and our knowledge so we can heighten our effectiveness as an organisation. This is all in favour of our ultimate goal; embedding coaching cultures within organisations across the UK. Xenonex becoming a finalist for BEST INDEPENDENT BUSINESS represents a milestone for us in our journey to becoming the UK’s leading Coaching and Mentoring specialists.
APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR AWARD
The APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR award is given in recognition of the apprentice that has made the greatest impact on their organisation, whether this is through improving products and services, improving the effectiveness of their team or even the organisation as a whole.
Luke Hickling is a name you may not have heard until now, but if you have received an email from our marketing team, or seen one of our social posts, you have probably seen Luke’s handiwork in action. As our Digital Marketing Apprentice, Luke spends his time doing integral work for our website, email, and social media accounts. Whether it’s writing the latest email, optimising the website, designing visual content, or engaging in crucial analysis, Luke has gone above and beyond for Xenonex, which is why we are proud that he has made it as a finalist for APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR.
With the crucial development, we have made both as an organisational whole, and as individuals within the organisation, the entire Xenonex team is eagerly anticipating the awards ceremony taking place June 30th at the Pavilions of Harrogate to see if we have won these coveted awards.
