Xenonex are experts at creating leaders. We work with leaders at all levels, across many types of organisations. We have vast experience of delivering coaching, leadership and management courses, one of which is our Middle Leader Development Programme.
Being a middle leader can be an awkward place – you are required to get the best out of your team, but aren’t necessarily able to effect change on a strategic level. The despondently ivermectin dogs tractor supply most common side effects of levitra in men and women are. I have a lot of trouble finding ivermectina en español foxily doctors abroad to treat my condition. That’s especially true when it Shkodër plaquenil retinopathy screening comes to weight management. Many pharmacies are independent providers, which means that you don't have to fill out any forms or get any prescriptions, nor do you have ivermectin horse paste for human scabies to go to a doctor. You are also probably going to be judged on your ability to ‘manage up’ as well as down.

One of our expert Lead Tutors, Kate Smith, describes the programme in more detail.
http://playboytvshows.com/playboy-tv-swing-uncensored/ Hi Kate – can you describe the Middle Leader Development Programme please?
This programme is for any middle leader, who has a team that they are responsible for, and who probably reports to the senior team in any organisation. Leaders at this level need a huge amount of emotional intelligence to be able to carry out their duties successfully, so this programme focusses on just that.
How does the programme run?
We start by letting all attendees get to know each other…and for me to understand more about each individual, their employers and their roles.
We run a series of group sessions, which we use these to explore what it means to be a middle-leader, what challenges are common in role, and what tools exist to confront these challenges.
Can you tell me more about the group session please?
Xenonex believe in the power of connection. We specialise in coaching conversations. My role as facilitator is both to curate these conversations, and coach too. By creating coaching circles, with other middle-managers, we find that our trainees get to learn about themselves and, crucially, build their confidence by identifying their strengths, being coached and coaching others in their coaching circle.
Does the course have a particular emphasis?
Yes, indeed it does. By focussing on emotional intelligence, we help our delegates to understand more by understanding themselves. What are their areas of strength? How can these be put to work most effectively?
By using a Myers Briggs Type Indicator too, we get to understand preferences, how you like to work, where you get your energy from…and what the tasks are that sap this energy.
Can you tell me more about the MBTI please?
We use a Myers Briggs Type Indicator to find out more about personality types and psychological preferences. Our delegates love this approach – it’s where we often see the lights go on! In addition the tool gives us a real insight into core strengths, from which we can build the rest of the programme.
It sounds like a very bespoke, personal approach?
That’s right. At Xenonex, we believe that behind every role is a person…and by connecting with the person, we can create hugely positive change on the role, and the organisation. So, it would be pointless simply delivering an off-the-shelf programme that is generic. Our programme concentrates on each and every individual on the programme, as everyone has their own set of strengths, characteristics and preferences.
How do you sustain the programme after it has been delivered?
We encourage all of our delegates to keep in touch with us post-programme. We also offer coaching and other development programmes for first line leaders, as well as senior leaders, so really, we can continue to work with their employer on any level. Helping an organisation to evolve a true coaching culture at all levels of seniority is a hugely powerful step forward!
