The Power of Being Uniquely You (9.15am – 10am)
The coaching marketplace is getting ever crowded. We can sometimes feel it is difficult to stand out from what everyone else is doing and offering, particularly when our services are so similar to so many other coaches. This session explores what we can do to stand strong in our own uniqueness, stand confident in what we offer and stand out from the noise in the coaching marketplace.

Her work helps people find different perspectives, different thinking about their situations and best of all, helps them tap into their own unique set of talents, strengths and qualities in order to maximise their best.

Exploring Empathy and Building Compassion for Self and Leaders (10am – 11.15am)
This interactive session will explore different types of empathy and tackling empathic bias in a coaching space, whilst sharing practical techniques for enabling self-compassion and empathic leadership.

- How does each element impact on the success of the clients coaching journey?
- How might we identify the client isn’t aware or using the elements?
- What are the tools and techniques we might use to raise a coachee’s awareness to the elements?
- Which, in your opinion, is the most critical element to support a successful coaching outcome?
