The Power of Being Uniquely You (9.15am – 10am)

The coaching marketplace is getting ever crowded. We can sometimes feel it is difficult to stand out from what everyone else is doing and offering, particularly when our services are so similar to so many other coaches. This session explores what we can do to stand strong in our own uniqueness, stand confident in what we offer and stand out from the noise in the coaching marketplace.

Jenny Ainsworth

Jenny designs and delivers memorable leadership, personal development and business events that transform organisations and people for the better.

Her last corporate position was working for Disney as their Training Manager for Europe and she left there to set up her own leadership and business consultancy. Since then, she’s worked on almost every continent across the globe, both as an Event Speaker and delivering high impact training and development solutions to thousands of people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds.

Her work helps people find different perspectives, different thinking about their situations and best of all, helps them tap into their own unique set of talents, strengths and qualities in order to maximise their best.

Exploring Empathy and Building Compassion for Self and Leaders (10am – 11.15am)

This interactive session will explore different types of empathy and tackling empathic bias in a coaching space, whilst sharing practical techniques for enabling self-compassion and empathic leadership.

Amy Dunmall and Paula Louise Dixon

Amy Dunmall is Head of Nursing Professional Development at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and an Independent Coach, Facilitator and Consultant.

Paula Louise Dixon is the Founder of Hazon Consulting, a Business Psychologist and Coach.

Developing Self Leadership (11.30am – 12.00pm)

Kelen will be sharing with us some of her favourite key elements of ‘self leadership’ and inviting us to explore their relationship and impact to coaching.

  • How does each element impact on the success of the clients coaching journey?
  • How might we identify the client isn’t aware or using the elements?
  • What are the tools and techniques we might use to raise a coachee’s awareness to the elements?
  • Which, in your opinion, is the most critical element to support a successful coaching outcome?

Kelen will be demonstrating the interactive MURAL tool as part of her session.

Kelen Beauchamp

Fidence Consulting’s Kelen Beauchamp is an experienced People Development Consultant and Certified Executive Coach, specialising in Leadership, Management, and Team Development.

Kelen’s has first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced as a Senior Leader- gained from over 20 years. in a variety of roles, across Retail financial services and the hospitality industries.

So, How Inclusive is Coaching Really? – A Personal Perspective (12.00pm – 12.45pm)

She’s going to share her personal experience and ideas with us, and stimulate discussion on where we are now, and what each of us as coaches can do to bring more equity and inclusion into the coaching system.

Shalini Sequeira

Shalini is an Executive Coach and leadership facilitator with over 25 years’ experience.
