Gateshead College contracted with Xenonex to provide their online ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management to all members of staff on their Aspiring Leaders Programme.

The aim of the programme was to give Gateshead College staff the skills to progress in their management role and hence the ILM 3 Award formalised their learning and provided an internationally recognised qualification on completion.

The ILM 3 Award particularly supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change.

Xenonex’s online ILM 3 Award in Leadership and Management comprises two e-learning modules, ‘Understanding Leadership’ and ‘Developing Yourself and Others’. Delegates benefitted from access to interactive and engaging online materials, interactive reflective workbooks and were able to view video tutorials, which guided them step by step through the assessment process.

All delegates spoke highly of the course and of Xenonex. The course structure enabled the learners to complete bitesize parts of the course at their own pace.

The ILM 3 Award reinforced and built upon the learning that had already taken place within the Aspiring Leaders Programme and many delegates are now keen to upskill to the ILM 3 Certificate and would recommend Xenonex to others.
