I am an executive coach, specialising in leadership and career coaching. I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential through coaching and development. Creating a warm, trusting and open environment, I help clients explore their goals and overcome challenges.
I’ve spent 15 years in senior HR and organisational development roles in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, which brings a depth of insight and expertise to my coaching practice. I also spent two years as a research academic, evaluating the effectiveness of coaching, training and peer learning, before setting up my own business in 2022.
I’m an ILM Level 7-qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and hold an MA in HR Management and an MBA. I'm also a licensed Firework™ coach, which gives me a range of evidence-based, practical tools to help you reflect deeply and make meaningful progress in your career transitions.
Whilst I work across all sectors, my most of my clients are from the public and charity sectors. My approach is friendly and down-to-earth, combining practical tools with a sound evidence base. I’ll help you step outside your comfort zone in a safe, supported way.
