TESTIMONIAL

“I have genuinely found the sessions really helpful. I can see how coaching has impacted on not just my ability to perform better, but also on me personally. Key to that has been the fact that we have had a good and open relationship … I felt able to be open and honest, always feeling that what I had to say would be valued, treated with respect and confidentially.”

Hello, I'm Rachel...

I am a qualified and experienced Coach, Facilitator and Trainer. I first trained as a Coach in 2013 and have extensive experience coaching Executive, Senior and Mid-level Leaders, and Early-career Potential in the public and private sectors.

Prior to becoming a Coach, I worked for 17 years in Higher Education in Professional Services, Coaching, and Academic roles, including developing and delivering leadership and coach training .

I am experienced in coaching in large and complex organisations and small and medium-sized businesses.

I am currently delivering coaching at all levels, with a focus on providing safe and effective learning environments for neurodivergent people, specialising in Autism and AuDHD. I also develop and deliver training to support coaches and facilitators to increase the neuro-inclusivity of their own practice.

In 2023 I became a Co-Lead of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s newly formed Neurodiversity Special Interest Group. My practice is informed by lived experience of Autism, ADHD, and Epilepsy.
