I am an inclusive, authentic coach & learning facilitator. I have an open, curious, flexible, and client-centred mindset. Following a 25yr corporate career, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience.
From roles in training, operational leadership, change, performance management, team performance, talent partnering, executive leadership development, coaching and mentoring.
I have experience in building and developing an internal global coaching faculty for an FTSE 100 and have led the delivery of a global performance management approach, talent succession planning and training coaches to deliver strategic leadership development programmes. I also collaborate with leaders to empower and build performance accountability and inclusion within the teams they lead. I bring focus and humility to my work with corporate and private clients and have worked across cultures supporting leaders in Italy, France, Poland, Ireland, Asia, the US, and the UK. I am comfortable working face-to-face and virtually.
Providing individuals and organisations with a supportive, challenging, and safe space to reflect, I partner with clients, co-creating an environment for them to think big about what they can achieve and commit to action. I also partner with clients to support mindfulness practice, providing space to be still and develop focus and resilience. As a volunteer, I mentor sixth-form students as they navigate employment or further education and am also an associate board member with UK ICF with a focus on coaching in organisations.
