TESTIMONIAL
“Meg was one of the exec coaches on a programme of coaching that I initiated support at Close Brothers Motor Finance. Meg built credibility through an introductory session with the team of senior leaders very quickly. Meg also worked hard with me and the team at Close Brothers to set clear aims for the coaching that would be shared. This work proved critical to the success of the coaching programme of work. The impact Meg's coaching has had on leadership behaviours connected to leading change has already been felt.”
THOMAS HEMMINGS, CLOSE BROTHERS MOTOR FINANCE
Hello, I'm Meg...
I am an executive & leadership coach and management development facilitator with over 20 years of experience as a learning and development professional.
I have been an independent consultant and coach since 2011 collaborating with internal HR and L&D teams and have worked with all levels of leaders and managers in a number of companies across different industries.
I have extensive experience coaching at senior and middle levels within both private and public sector organisations and as part of organisational learning and development and thrive when helping leaders and managers navigate the variety of different challenges that they face in the modern workplace.
In addition to this, I provide career coaching and mentoring, helping individuals with career development, career progression and promotion as well as career dilemmas and transitions such as career moves, job changes, redundancy and moving into retirement. I enjoy helping people to explore the career and fulfil their potential through both coaching conversations and mentoring around career tools to showcase each individual’s unique offer.
My coaching approach is warm, pragmatic and supportive yet challenging too. I love the process of coaching and the way in which it enables people to see new possibilities, find a way forward through the fog and realise goals and ambitions and find improved purpose and fulfilment.
