CHIEF EXECUTIVE, GLOBAL CONSERVATION ORGANISATION
Hello, I'm Jon...
I like to explore people’s relational dynamics, thinking styles and behaviours, and work with my clients to help them build on their strengths and focus on development areas to enable them to excel in the workplace.
With a background in management, HR and organisational development working at a senior level with a number of high-profile organisations, I bring significant organisational experience to the training, coaching and facilitation that I deliver, in particular leading culture change, mergers, and acquisitions.
I have a particular interest in the psychology of working relationships, and integrating a relational approach into my practice, drawing on cognitive analytic (CAT) theory and practice. This helps people build their confidence in developing rapport, relationship building and trust through a better understanding of how people relate to others.
I have coached at senior executive and middle leadership levels in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years.
