Hello, I'm John
I specialise in leadership coaching, adult education and strategic consulting, working with SMEs all the way up to global businesses, across a variety of sectors.
In the early part of my career, I was a Captain in the British Army leading specialist telecommunications teams globally including operations in Afghanistan. Combining these leadership skills and experiences with my passion for coaching in sport, I became an executive coach, and have since amassed over 3000 hours of coaching experience with leaders and teams in commercial businesses.
I have lectured on programmes for a range of universities and professional development organisations including, Senior Leader MBA, Sales Masters, Chartered Management Degree, Supply Chain Leader Degree and Project Management Apprenticeships.
Additionally, I have led large scale transformation and consulting programmes for businesses including Sky, Travis Perkins, Thameslink, Wickes and rradar.
