I'm an executive coach and co-founder of the Internal Coach Network (ICN). My professional approach is grounded in good conversations, exploring connections, collaboration, and creativity. I invest time in building relationships with my clients and work with them to find their best solutions.
As a co-founder of ICN, I enable internal coaches to connect and learn from each other’s experience, practice, and knowledge.
I started my career as a solicitor in a global commercial practice and discovered my real interest and skill was working with people to achieve their best results.
I went on to work across different areas of people specialism including coaching, learning & development, talent & succession management, employee engagement, business culture and diversity & inclusion partnering & advising the leadership teams and partners.
