TESTIMONIAL
“Cath allowed me to take a fresh approach to the strategic vision of Show Racism the Red Card. I felt the sessions challenged me to look at my role as Chief Executive and how I could improve my performance.”

Hello, I'm Cath...
I am a qualified and experienced Executive and Leadership coach and management / HRD training consultant. I work with senior and strategic partners both in the public and private sectors.
I am a relational coach who is most interested in helping you slow down, take some time to think, and explore what’s going on for you personally and professionally.
I believe coaching gives a unique opportunity for people to step out, step back, reflect and, think about what they really want - and I do that via a safe and collaborative approach.
I love the work that I do, working with individuals, teams and organisations. I am passionate about the difference that positive and effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and supervision practices can offer.
I will work to your agenda and reality to explore choice, focus and awareness and will explore meaning and values. I think coaching can be reflective, challenging and fun all at the same time.
I work as a consultant to enable organisations to develop and embed coaching strategies and effective leadership, performance and coaching practice via the design and delivery of a range of facilitative interventions. I also design, lead and deliver a range of qualifications.
I have held a variety of professional roles with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
