As well as being a Dare to Lead™ certified facilitator, I am experienced in the design, facilitation and assessment of ILM Coaching and Leadership and Development Programmes. I also have over 10 years of active coaching, supervision, and leadership development experience.
As well as my proven ability to blend whole person and coaching techniques to support development and change. I use my knowledge and experience of leadership and personal challenges faced by teams and individuals I have worked with to inform my approach to personal and professional coaching.
