Effective leaders cannot hide away from conflict in the workplace and will often be judged by their ability to achieve the best resolutions for all parties concerned. This short course examines how best to handle and resolve conflict at work.

Conflict is a normal and natural part of our workplaces as it can be helpful in identifying issues and making necessary changes within the work environment. However, it can also result in unwanted behaviours such as physical or emotional withdrawal, resignation from jobs, dissolution of personal relations, aggression, and even violence.
