Leaders and managers must be able to demonstrate that they can successfully develop themselves and their teams. The ability to encourage a learning and development culture at work is key to a motivated and engaged team. This short course looks at how this can best be done and will also enable understanding of ‘learning styles’ within the workplace.

Development is critical for all of us to become the best that we can be in whatever we do. In the workplace, development is key to attracting and retaining talent, driving employee engagement, and preparing future leaders.

This applies to everyone, regardless of whether they aspire to further career progression or not, and development is just as important to leaders as it is to their direct reports.

What makes a successful development plan? How can a leader best work with a team who have a variety of learning styles? Find out more on this short course.
