The Resilient Leader is delivered live online or onsite and is highly interactive and packed full of experiential activities. The course will help leaders adapt their leadership style and approach, to enhance the collective capability of their team to deal with challenges, setbacks, and change. Delegates will work regularly with each other to learn from one another and share best practice.

The Resilient Leader allows delegates to:

Increase self-awareness around the components that make up ‘resilience’

Reflect on leadership style and approach

Develop several strategies to manage themselves more effectively

Retain and improve their well-being, and operate at their optimum performance, even in difficult times

Lead teams to be resilient and allow them to work through challenges and difficulties together
The course comprises an introductory module designed to connect delegates with one another, followed by three core monthly modules which can be delivered onsite or live online. These are accompanied by expert learning materials which are available via the Xenonex online platform and include interactive resources and a reflective journal.
To gain the most from this programme, there is a focus on developmental exercises to complete in between the modules. In addition, delegates can contact the course tutor via email in between modules for additional support. A set of templates and resources, that can be used back in the workplace, and a free copy of the course tutor’s book, ‘The Tree of Resilience’, are also provided.
