The Middle Leader Development Programme is perfect for new and existing middle leaders who are leading teams within organisations and are looking to maximise their own and their team’s effectiveness. Delegates will learn how to impact others around them and how to develop their leadership style through raised self-awareness, develop the essential key skills as a leader and manager, and practice self-directed leadership.

The Middle Leader Development Programme comprises 5 workshops delivered monthly, either onsite or live online. The workshops are interactive and use experiential learning to help delegates to clarify their leadership goals and how to achieve them. Small breakout groups are used to discuss issues and insights in greater detail and share best practice.

As part of the programme, leaders receive a detailed 360-degree feedback report from their colleagues to increase self-awareness. The globally recognised psychometric assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, will also be used to help delegates understand their preferred working style and how to work more effectively with others.

Between workshops, small action learning groups are available to delegates to discuss any challenges and support each other to overcome them. The Xenonex online platform provides access to supporting materials, articles, and workshop videos to use alongside the experiential learning which will take place during the workshops.

  • Learn how to use different styles in different situations

 

  • Learn how to use coaching skills as a leader to get the best out of others

MODULE 4 - LEADING IN A CHANGING WORLD

  • Explore the importance of growing resilience to deal with the ever-changing nature of the world we live in today

 

  • Learn how to help others to be more effective through change

 

  • Identify future change requirements within your own role/organisation and plan for these
