This programme is ideal for Middle Leaders who are leading teams within organisations and are looking for ways to improve their own and their teams’ effectiveness. You will learn how you impact others around you and how to manage yourself in order to get the best out of yourself and your team.
This programme comprises of five ‘Live Online’ workshops delivered monthly, where you will meet and work with other leaders. The workshops will be interactive and use experiential learning to help you clarify your leadership goals and how to achieve them. Small breakout groups will be used so that you can discuss issues and insights in greater detail and share best practice.
As part of the programme, you will receive a detailed 360 degree feedback report from your colleagues to increase your self awareness. You will also use a globally recognised psychometric assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, to help you understand your preferred working style and how to work more effectively with others.
Between workshops, you will work in small Action Learning Groups to discuss your challenges and support each other to overcome them. You will have access to the Xenonex Online platform where you will find supporting materials, articles and workshop videos to use alongside the experiential learning which will take place during the workshops.
