There are three modules in this course. The modules cover knowledge, skills and reflective assessment. Each module has its own set of assignments which will help you apply the learning whilst encouraging you to reflect on the way you work.

This module is assessed through a portfolio of evidence of at least 20 hours of coaching and mentoring with individuals in the workplace who must hold senior or strategic roles.

This module is assessed through a reflective journal.

The ILM 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring is an ideal qualification for someone in a strategic role that is looking to develop and embed a coaching culture across their organisation. It is also designed for those looking to practice as an Executive, Professional or Leadership Coach independently.
If you intend to coach a wide-range of executive positions at a strategic level, then this Level 7 Programme would be ideally suited to you.
The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring is a ‘Live Online’ course. This means it is delivered using a combination of live interactive workshops, observed coach practice sessions with experienced Executive Coaches, live Q & A sessions for each of the 3 assignments, group and individual supervision sessions, as well as access to additional Online resources through the Xenonex online portal.
The emphasis is on providing 50% coaching skills practice, observation and 1 to 1 feedback with highly experienced Executive Coaches at each ‘Live Online’ workshop. The Certificate requires learners to demonstrate their ability to plan, deliver and review at least 20 hours of coaching and mentoring in an organisational context with individuals who must hold senior or strategic roles.
Using facilitated modules, pre and post session study and research, self-facilitated learning groups, personal coaching, supervision and on-going summative assessment, this qualification helps you build a specific bank of tools and strategies designed for the corporate arena.
