The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is designed for practising Middle Leaders, helping you to develop your skills and experience, improve performance and ultimately begin to prepare you for senior management responsibilities.
This course will give you valuable insights into how to better lead and manage a team, and also help you manage upwards through developing more effective working relationships.
The course is delivered ‘Live Online’ through a series of interactive and engaging workshops packed full of group discussion and lots of opportunity for you to work in break out rooms with delegates from other organisations in order to learn from one another and share best practice.
At sign-up, each delegate will receive an on-boarding call with the Lead Tutor plus participate in an induction workshop to connect with other delegates on the programme. At the end of the course, each delegate will receive two individual coaching sessions with the Lead Tutor to reflect on the progress that you have made.
Our supporting Online resources that include interactive and engaging learning materials, assignment templates and video tutorials, will ensure that you gain all the knowledge that you need to successfully complete this qualification.

HOW IS THIS COURSE DELIVERED?
The ILM Level 5 Certificate is a ‘Live Online’ course. This means it is delivered using a combination of live interactive workshops, individual and group break out sessions, video tutorials for the three assignments and live Q & A tutorials with the Level 5 Assessor. At the end of the programme, each delegate will receive two 1 to 1 coaching sessions with the Lead Tutor to reflect on the progress that you have made throughout the course.

Each of the modules in this course has a credit value. This is a recognised record of achievement that can contribute to further learning. The normal progression path would be as follows:
