ILM 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching
The ILM Level 3 Certificate is a ‘Live Online’ course. This means it is delivered using a combination of live interactive workshops, observed coach practice sessions with experienced Executive Coaches, live Q & A sessions for each of the 3 assignments, group and individual supervision sessions as well as access to additional online resources through the Xenonex Online portal.
The emphasis is on providing 50% coaching skills practice, observation and 1 to 1 feedback with highly experienced Executive Coaches at each live online workshop.
