buy priligy online in india Our latest ICN ‘Open Community: Connect’ opened up the opportunity to collaborate and share knowledge and best practice amongst a range of internal coaches. Connect was hosted by ICN Co-founder Catherine Boddington, who runs the majority of the ICN sessions throughout the year, with the aim to provide a forum for internal coaches who are interested in developing their coaching skills and practices.
This open session was designed to explore and practise one of the essentials of coaching and good conversations – connection. As with all our open community sessions, we had a varied and open discussion with a group of internal coaches with different experiences to draw on.
We explored a wealth of ideas and generated important discourse in the process. We touched upon why connection plays an integral role to human beings, as well as what actually happens when you engage in connection with others. We connected, as a group, and defined what we thought a good connection is. As well as the good, we talked about the bad, and how people can derail connections with others.

We expanded upon this until, during the final part of the session, we engaged in coach practice. Through this, we were able to explore our own derailers for connection as well as work out how we can develop our individual skills in order to connect. The key here was to come to an understanding about what we are going to dial up and what are we going to dial down? The group shared their reflections and discussed how they were going to deliberately focus on connection in their future coaching.
ICN Open Community: Connect was a great success. The internal coaches were responsive and everyone took something away from the session that took their coaching skills to the next level.
Through these ICN Open Community sessions, you can expect to be inspired by guest speakers bringing their insights on relevant coaching topics, and be prepared for open debate, questions, and shared experiences.
