Internal Coach Network (ICN) is a network that supports innovation, best practice and connection for internal coaches and leaders who are building and sustaining coaching cultures.
We bring internal coaches together across diverse sectors and teams making coaching as accessible to organisations as possible. Our Coach Essentials membership package pulls everything together in one place – it’s a must for internal coaches.

WHO’S IT FOR?
If you’re an internal coach and you want to stay actively connected to other internal coaches, collaborate, share best practice, and learn from others in the network, this is for you.
We’ve created an annual calendar of events that will keep your skills as a coach sharp and professional and will also give you access to a network of other coaches through the ICN Online Hub so you can learn from each other and connect.
Another benefit of membership is that you are also entitled to an annual Coaching Culture Health Check with a Xenonex coaching culture specialist to help review and further develop the coaching strategy of your organisation.
ICN ORGANISATIONAL MEMBERSHIP - WHO IS IT FOR?
If your organisation is committed to developing a coaching culture and you have a team of internal coaches this is for you.
Organisational membership has been designed to give your team of internal coaches the chance to share learning and best practice in a practical and informal way and keep up to date with CPD and supervision.
The ICN calendar of events will be published up front so you can plan your diary ahead. If individual members are unable to attend events, they can offer their place to other coaches from their organisation to attend. This means your organisation always gets the chance to get the most from the learning.
