As part of the programme, we initially spend time with the CEO and wider team to scope and identify what’s working, and what isn’t, and ignite the appetite for change. We develop psychological safety so that all colleagues are able to show vulnerability, play to strengths, role model the change, and address those critical conversations that may be holding them back.
