COACHING AND MENTORING COURSES
Coaching and mentoring courses are available for anyone who wants to learn how to coach either internally within an organisation, or externally as an executive or leadership coach.
Individuals can join one of our scheduled live online open cohorts whilst organisations can select to book courses either online or onsite for groups at a time of their choosing. We provide ILM accredited and bespoke coach training programmes for leaders at all levels.

FOR ORGANISATIONS
Our coaching and mentoring courses for organisations are designed so that they can be presented live online, onsite or using a combination of the two, and include ILM accredited, ILM recognised and bespoke courses.
ONLINE COACHING AND MENTORING COURSES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND SELF-FUNDERS
We run ILM Level 5 and Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring as an open programme for individuals and self-funders several times a year. These are designed for both internal and external coaches and are delivered live online.
Self-funders can split course fees into four equal payments across a six-month period. We also offer early bird discounts.
ILM COACHING AND MENTORING COURSES
ACCREDITED AND RECOGNISED
We provide both live online and onsite courses for ILM Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring. In addition to this, we also have our own ILM recognised coaching and mentoring course - The Internal Coach Development Programme. These courses come with a digital credential upon completion as well as a paper certificate.
