For an organisation to buy multiple memberships, an 'internal coach lead administrator’ must sign-up first. The lead administrator will be the person who is actively interested and involved in the development of the internal coach team. The process is then as follows:

1. The internal coach lead administrator will choose the membership level with the relevant number of coaches below (organisational bundles are available from 2 coaches to 20 coaches, and 50 coaches. For any other number of coaches, please contact icn@xenonex.co.uk).

2.  The administrator will submit their own details only in the first instance.

3. Their membership will be activated immediately (prior to payment, if an invoice has been requested) and a log-in password will be sent to their email address (Please note: it may take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox).

4. Instructions on how to add additional members will be provided by email.

Members can be substituted through the membership year; however, the number of coaches cannot be decreased until the point of renewal. If an increase in members is required midyear, please contact us directly.

• Once you have chosen your membership level, scroll to the bottom of the ‘membership level’ list and click ‘NEXT’.

• Even though not all fields on the application form are compulsory, we encourage you to complete your coach profile as fully as possible. This will allow us to provide you with a much more tailored service and make it easier for other members to connect with you using the information that you make accessible to them.
