She has worked with several CEO/MD clients and leadership team members from very different industries as well as supporting those who are newly (or soon to be) promoted to management positions. She has designed and delivered 360 feedback programmes for top team members as well as facilitating team development sessions.
Santo Antônio do Monte Zoë has a rich and varied background encompassing marketing communications, directorship of a niche educational consultancy and operational management of HR and development at a multi-site national advertising agency. Her coaching style is to provide a safe space for clients to be listened to and to work on development areas, barriers and ways forward with appropriate challenge and support. She is an accredited MBTI personality profile practitioner and believes in the insight this brings to help clients raise their self-awareness of their impact on others and understand the adjustments they can make. She draws on a wide range of tools developed from leadership and management good practice to provide clients with insight to their situations and to aid the exploration of options and approaches.
Ratia Zoë joined Xenonex in January 2021, principally to manage the assessment processes for ILM qualifications, having been an assessor on ILM programmes for Leeds Beckett University since 2018. She is responsible for Internal Quality Assurance, managing our team of assessors, as well as assessing some programmes herself. She continues to practice as a coach and joins our pool of executive coaches.
