I'm the managing director and founder of Xenonex. Prior to setting up Xenonex, I was a senior business coach for KPMG LLP and coached the senior partner and director population across the UK. Prior to this, I was a senior consultant in People and Change Management at KPMG.

I have coached extensively at a board and senior executive level in both the public and private sectors, for over twenty years.

As well as leading Xenonex’s strategy and overseeing the team, I am currently coaching executives for several large-scale assignments. I have led the development and delivery of ILM 7 postgraduate training for executive coaches for the past 14 years. Xenonex’s work has been recognised in the National ILM Hall of Fame as well as being awarded direct claims status.

Xenonex launched our online academy in 2018 offering a suite of accredited leadership and management courses. Also in 2018, I co-founded the Internal Coaching Network (ICN) – an organisational membership network for internal coaches. Xenonex hosts a number of conferences and events for ICN members throughout the year all delivered through our membership hub.

In 2021 Xenonex launched our bespoke Coaching Culture Health Check Tool that enables clients to work through the five key stages of embedding a coaching culture.
