I have been an independent consultant and coach since 2011 collaborating with internal HR and L&D teams and have worked with all levels of leaders and managers in a number of companies across different industries.

I have extensive experience coaching at senior and middle levels in private and public sector organisations and as part of organisational learning and development.

In addition to this, I provide career coaching and mentoring, helping individuals with career development, career progression and promotion as well as career dilemmas and changes.
