Kate is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development consultant who works with middle to senior leaders in all sectors to achieve their potential.
Kate spent over 15 years in a variety of Marketing and Commercial leadership roles in a number of well-known organisations including Asda, Mamas & Papas, Arla Foods and Morrisons. Her passion for people development inspired her to make a career change into Learning and Development within organisations before moving into consultancy.
Kate’s experience in leading teams and working with other leaders both nationally and globally has allowed her to understand the challenges faced by leaders today. In a fast-changing external environment combined with internal challenges, Kate quickly sees the issues that leaders are experiencing and through her coaching, is able to help leaders find ways to navigate through their personal challenges to develop useful insights and long term solutions.
Kate has coached leaders at senior and executive level in both private and non-profit organisations.
She has worked with clients in Retail, Manufacturing, Technology and Financial Services. Within the non-profit sector Kate has worked with organisations which support the homeless and those with learning disabilities as well as further education colleges.
Kate has a positive approach which focusses on clients’ strengths and skills and help them to utilise these to achieve success. Her warm, friendly manner and gentle sense of humour puts clients at ease and helps them to be open and allow themselves to be challenged where needed. Her insightful questions get to the core of issues quickly and help clients see a situation in a new and more accurate light.
