I also manage the finance inbox so handle any queries, as well as liaising with new clients to help them set us up as a provider on their own system.

In terms of my background, I have over 20 years of experience working in the business and charity sectors. I’ve occupied some varied roles over this time, including estate management, campaign support, data analysis and business intelligence – through which I’ve developed a wide range of transferable skills and a passion for finding efficient, effective solutions to every challenge.

I’m an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (AICB), having passed the Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping with Distinction with Honours in February 2021.

When not at my laptop, I’m a keen gardener, walker and wildlife enthusiast – and can often be found hiking the Yorkshire hills with my dog (and testing out the quality of the local tea and cake afterwards!).
