Since 2015 Janet has assessed over 1000 Leadership & Management at Level 3 and Level 5 from sectors including local authorities, further education, retail, banking and healthcare, giving her a unique insight into the day to day challenges, issues and concerns of new leaders. This insight was used to develop the content for the Xenenox Academy e-learning courses. Janet also provides tutorial support to student’s on the e-learning programme.
Janet is an approved ILM assessor and an undergraduate examiner for business strategy & change management courses. She also works as a business coach and mentor for small businesses.
Janet’s career began with an apprenticeship in Electronic Engineering in the late 1980’s and for the next 20 years worked in blue chip organisations and a SME’s, evolving from engineering and project management to leading sales and new business development teams.
