Chris is a self-employed practicing Executive Coach and Mentor; she participates in the Xenonex ILM7 coaching courses, providing guidance for the completion of the assignments. Chris also provides 1-2-1 support for students as required.
Chris’ background has been in the HR/L & D sphere for almost 30 years. She began as a trainer and then a career coach. She led a number of large HR functions before focussing on L & D and becoming the Head of Learning and Development for Sussex Police, a role she held for almost 8 years. Chris has coached senior executives, senior managers and new managers in a variety of roles and functions.
Chris is an experienced assessor and has undertaken assessments within the public and private sectors for recruitment, selection, development, promotion and qualifications.
