Catherine started her career as a solicitor in a large commercial practice and soon discovered her real interest and skill was working with people to achieve their best results. She moved into legal recruitment and then went on to work across different areas of specialism including Coaching, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Business Culture and Diversity & Inclusion partnering & advising the leadership teams and partners. She has over 25 years experience of working across different sectors (professional services, financial services & tech) and organisations that are at different stages of maturity and size and some of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for.
Catherine’s professional approach is grounded in good conversations, connections, collaboration and creativity. She invests time in building relationships with her clients and works with them to find their best solutions. She also runs a bespoke career loan business that is backed by the Northern Powerhouse, The Northern Talent Exchange.
Catherine also co-founded the Northern Coaching Network in June 2018 – an organisational membership network across the North.
