Arbroath Catherine started her career as a solicitor in a global commercial practice and discovered her real interest and skill was working with people to achieve their best results. She went on to work across different areas of people specialism including Coaching, Learning & Development, Talent & Succession Management, Employee Engagement, Business Culture and Diversity & Inclusion partnering & advising the leadership teams and partners. She has over 25 years experience of working across different sectors (tech, financial services, professional services) and organisations that are at different stages of maturity and size and some of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for.
