As well as being a Dare to Lead™ certified facilitator, Amber is experienced in the design, facilitation and assessment of ILM Coaching and Leadership and Development Programmes. She also has over 10 years of active coaching, supervision, and leadership development experience. As well as her proven ability to blend whole person and coaching techniques to support development and change, Amber uses her knowledge and experience of leadership and personal challenges faced by teams and individuals she has worked with to inform her approach to personal and professional coaching. Amber has successfully coached individuals and facilitated teams on a number of key themes which include but are not limited to: Career Progression/Change including interview coaching; increasing personal and professional confidence; reducing stress; developing leadership skills and techniques; managing change; exploration and reduction of self-limiting beliefs; team dynamics and function.
